Every hotel here was priced on typical midweek dates with the compulsory nightly fee added and the fee tax included. What we call the "true cost" is what the checkout page shows — not the advertised rate.
Luxury tier ($300+ all-in)
- Wynn Las Vegas — $329 plus a $50 fee. Service, rooms and the calmest casino floor in town. Our benchmark.
- Bellagio — $289 plus a $55 fee. Fountains and location; renovations continue tower by tower.
Middle tier ($220-300 all-in)
- Venetian — $259 plus a $50 fee. Every room is a 60 m² suite; the best value here for a couple.
- Aria — $219 plus a $55 fee. Quiet, tech-forward, and the Strip's most comfortable floor for non-smokers.
- Caesars Palace — $199 plus a $49.95 fee. Six towers, the Forum Shops, oversized pools.
Value tier (under $220 all-in)
- MGM Grand — $149 plus a $50 fee. The cheapest door into a full mega-resort.
- Best Western Plus Casino Royale — $109 with no fee at all. The Strip's true lowest all-in price.
How to book
- Book refundable — Strip rates swing 30% within a week
- Check loyalty member rates before paying cash; a fee waiver can beat a price gap
- Fees bill per room: families pay less per head in suites than in connecting doubles
